Refund and Returns Policy

Our team provides virtual educational programs and digital learning services that begin immediately upon enrollment. Because access to our academic materials, classes, and systems is granted instantly, refunds are available only under specific, reviewable circumstances.

If a technical error on our end prevents access to purchased courses or if a class cannot be delivered as scheduled, students or guardians may request a full or partial refund. Such requests must be submitted within seven (3) calendar days of enrollment and must include relevant enrollment details and a description of the issue.

Refunds are not available once a student has attended live sessions, accessed significant portions of course materials, or completed downloadable content. However, we prioritize student satisfaction — in cases of course dissatisfaction, NexaLearn may offer academic credits, schedule transfers, or personalized support to ensure a positive learning experience.

All refund requests are reviewed carefully and processed securely within our administrative system. NexaLearn Academy maintains a fair, transparent policy rooted in integrity and respect for every learner and their family.
